Return Policy

 

BY MARINA BULATKINA accepts timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any bar-codes, tags, stickers, boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.

 

Please e-mail us at info@bymarinabulatkina.com to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and return shipping information. 

 

All returns and exchanges must be packaged appropriately to avoid damages during transit and shipped to the return address provided along with all of the original documents. The RAC must be visible on the outer packaging.  

 

You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed, which usually takes 48 hours or so.

 

Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by BY MARINA BULATKINA.

 

BY MARINA BULATKINA will provide a one time courtesy exchange on all purchases.
