These terms and conditions apply to purchases you make through www.bymarinabulatkina.com (the “Website”).
By making a purchase on the Website you agree to be bound by, and accept, these terms and conditions which may change from time to time without prior written notice.

Order and Cancellation
Any type of order confirmation that you receive does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your order has been declines or canceled for any reason you will be notified and, if applicable, will receive a refund for the amount charged. We will accept your order cancellation if your order is still being processed and hasn’t been shipped yet.
Payment Agreement
Payments are processed in United States dollars and may include taxes and fees as applicable. Shipping charges will be processed in accordance with our Shipping Terms (see below) at the time of purchase. Payments made with non-US dollar debit or credit cards will be calculated and converted to US dollar amounts using Web Tracking Services at the time of the transaction. We are not responsible for any credit shortages due to currency conversion rates.
Price Adjustments
All of the prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice. BY MARINA BULATKINA will not honor price adjustments after the sale is complete and will not price match any sale or discount prices with any other retailers, including affiliates.
Shipping Fees, Taxes, and International Duties
If you are shipping within the United States of America taxes and shipping fees are included. Orders shipped to all other countries are subject to shipping fees, taxes, and custom duties which will be applied automatically upon Checkout and will be charged at the time you place your order. For some countries we will authorize shipments on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis only. In this case no taxes or duties will be charged by BY MARINA BULATKINA. This detail will be noted at Checkout and on the confirmation email sent once your order has been placed. As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. International orders will be shipped through reputable international carries. You will be notified as to the specific carrier, depending the destination, when your order is ready to ship. Costs of shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
Shipping Terms
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs. Please check the shipping options at checkout for specific delivery options and fees. Shipping time frames are average time frames and do not necessarily mean that an order will arrive during the specified time frame. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by external factors. All orders are dispatched with ‘Signature Required’ which means that you or someone else will need to sign for the shipment.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we or our suppliers have any obligations or liabilities to you or any other person for loss of profits, for loss of business or use, or for incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), products liability, or any other theory or form of action, even if we have been advised of the possibility thereof, arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery, or use of the Products. Our sole and entire maximum liability (and the liability of our suppliers) for any reason, and your sole and exclusive remedy for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the Products you have ordered through our Website. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you to the extent such jurisdiction’s law is applicable to your purchase of Products.
Return Policy
BY MARINA BULATKINA accepts timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 10 days from the date you received your order. Any product returned outside of the 10-day return policy are at the discretion of BY MARINA BULATKINA, and may not be accepted. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any bar-codes, tags, stickers, boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. Please e-mail us at info@bymarinabulatkina.com to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and return shipping information. All returns and exchanges must be packaged appropriately to avoid damages during transit and shipped to the return address along with all of the original documents. The RAC must be visible on the outer packaging. You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed, which usually takes 48 hours or so. Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by BY MARINA BULATKINA.
Faulty Products
Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within six (6) months of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. BY MARINA BULATKINA will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason. Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the six (6) month period.
